We own livestock guardian dogs (LGD). They are here to protect the alpaca herd. They may seem standoffish, but it is because they are working.

Dress appropriately for weather. The alpacas are always dressed warm!
Children must be under parental/adult supervision and control at all times. Alpacas shy from loud noises and sudden movements.
